Ingredients

The bowl

  • ¾ cup cooked quinoa
  • ¼ cup vanilla plant-based yogurt
  • a pinch cardamom

The toppings

  • ¼ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup sliced strawberries
  • ¼ cup blueberries
  • 2 tablespoons chopped walnuts
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

Instructions

  1. In a bowl, mix the cooked quinoa, yogurt, and cardamom until smooth.
  2. Top the quinoa mixture with blackberries, strawberries, blueberries, walnuts, and chia seeds.
  3. Serve immediately or store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days.
