Ingredients

The base

  • ounces acai puree (frozen, thawed)
  • ¾ cup cooked, chilled quinoa
  • 1 tablespoon pure maple syrup (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds

The toppings

  • ½ cup blueberries
  • ½ cup blackberries
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 2 tablespoons shredded, unsweetened coconut

Instructions

  1. Mix acai puree, cooked quinoa, maple syrup (if using), and chia seeds in a small bowl.
  2. Divide the mixture into two small bowls.
  3. Top each bowl with blueberries, blackberries, granola, and coconut.
  4. Serve immediately.
