Ingredients

The base

  • 200 g Frozen acai packets
  • 1 cup Frozen raspberries
  • 1 cup Frozen blueberries
  • 2 medium Bananas (sliced and frozen)
  • cup Coconut water
  • 2 tbsp Honey (optional)

Toppings

  • to taste Fresh berries
  • to taste Bananas (sliced)
  • to taste Unsweetened coconut flakes
  • to taste Almonds (sliced)
  • to taste Honey (or sugar-free honey)

Instructions

  1. Let the frozen berries and bananas defrost for 15 minutes at room temperature if desired.
  2. Combine the acai packets, frozen berries, frozen bananas, coconut water, and honey in a high-powered blender.
  3. Blend until smooth and creamy, adding more coconut water as needed for consistency.
  4. Divide the acai mixture between two bowls and add desired toppings.
