Instructions
- Chill the serving bowls in the freezer while preparing the mixture.
- Break the acai puree packages into pieces using a meat mallet.
- For the blender method, add acai, banana pieces, blueberries, and juice to a high-powered blender and blend on low speed until smooth, adding more juice if needed.
- For the food processor method, add banana chunks and pulse to break them up, then add blueberries and pulse again, followed by acai and juice, blending until smooth.
- Pour the mixture into the chilled bowls and top with granola, fresh fruit, and a drizzle of honey if desired.
