Ingredients

The smoothie base

  • 2 packets frozen acai puree
  • 1 cup sliced frozen banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • ¾ cup coconut milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey

The toppings

  • ½ cup granola
  • 1 cup fresh fruit, sliced
  • as desired assorted toppings

Instructions

  1. Break up the acai packets and place them in a blender with the banana, mixed berries, coconut milk, and honey.
  2. Blend until smooth, using a tamper stick or stirring occasionally.
  3. Spoon the mixture into bowls.
  4. Top with granola, fresh fruit, and other desired toppings.
  5. Serve immediately.
