Instructions
- Boil the rice noodles according to package directions, then drain and set aside.
- Thinly slice the daikon radish, carrots, and scallions.
- In a large pot, bring the broth to a boil and add the vegetables, cooking for 2 minutes.
- Add the cooked noodles and tamari sauce, then stir in the scrambled eggs and cook for another 30 seconds until the eggs are set.
- Serve warm and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
