Ingredients

The crust

  • 3 pieces graham crackers
  • 2 Tbsp butter
  • 1 Tbsp sugar

The filling

  • 2 Tbsp peanut butter (optional)
  • 3 Tbsp milk chocolate chips

The topping

  • 10 pieces large marshmallows

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
  2. Crush the graham crackers into crumbs using a zip top bag and a rolling pin.
  3. Melt the butter in a medium bowl, then stir in the sugar and graham cracker crumbs until it resembles damp sand.
  4. Divide the mixture between two 8oz. ramekins and pack it into a solid layer.
  5. Add about 1 Tbsp of peanut butter to each ramekin, followed by a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
  6. Arrange the marshmallows in a single layer on top of the filling.
  7. Bake for 15 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and light golden brown.
  8. Serve hot, being careful as the ramekins will be hot.
