Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350ºF.
- Crush the graham crackers into crumbs using a zip top bag and a rolling pin.
- Melt the butter in a medium bowl, then stir in the sugar and graham cracker crumbs until it resembles damp sand.
- Divide the mixture between two 8oz. ramekins and pack it into a solid layer.
- Add about 1 Tbsp of peanut butter to each ramekin, followed by a sprinkle of chocolate chips.
- Arrange the marshmallows in a single layer on top of the filling.
- Bake for 15 minutes until the marshmallows are puffy and light golden brown.
- Serve hot, being careful as the ramekins will be hot.
