Buttermilk Pie Crust

buttermilk
Instructions
- Chill the cubed butter in the freezer before starting.
- Combine flour, sugar, and salt in a food processor.
- Add the chilled butter and pulse until the butter is pea-sized.
- Slowly drizzle in buttermilk while pulsing until the mixture holds together.
- Dump half of the dough onto plastic wrap and form into a disk.
- Repeat with the remaining dough and refrigerate for at least an hour.
