Ingredients

  4. Transfer the dough to a floured surface, fold it into a ball, and divide it in half.
  5. Flatten each half into a disc, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
  6. When ready, roll out the chilled dough gently, starting from the center.
