Instructions
- Mix flour, sugar, and salt in a large bowl, then add cubed butter.
- Cut the butter into the dry ingredients until pea-sized bits form.
- Measure and prepare ice water, then drizzle it in gradually, mixing until dough forms.
- Transfer the dough to a floured surface, fold it into a ball, and divide it in half.
- Flatten each half into a disc, wrap in plastic, and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- When ready, roll out the chilled dough gently, starting from the center.
