Easy Pie Crust

Instructions
- Combine 1⅔ cups of flour and salt in a food processor and pulse to mix.
- Add butter pats and pulse until well combined and clumps form.
- Add the remaining flour and pulse briefly until the dough is crumbly.
- Transfer the mixture to a bowl, add ice water and vinegar, and mix until a ball forms.
- Divide the dough in half, shape into disks, wrap in plastic, and chill for at least 2 hours.
- Roll out one disk on a floured surface to about ⅛-inch thick.
- Transfer the rolled dough to a pie plate and trim the edges.
- Repeat with the second disk for a top crust or use as needed.
