Instructions
- In a medium bowl, whisk together flour, sugar, and salt.

- Drizzle in ¼ cup of ice water and combine until the dough starts to clump.
- If necessary, add more water, mixing lightly until the dough gathers into a shaggy ball.
- Press the dough into a thick disc on plastic wrap, cover, and refrigerate for at least an hour.
