Instructions
- Prepare the bell peppers by cutting them in half, deseeding, and slicing into ¾" pieces.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat, then add ground meat and seasonings. Brown and crumble the meat.
- In a bowl, mash together avocados, pico de gallo, lime juice, salt, and cilantro.
- In another bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, chipotle powder, lime juice, and hot sauce.
- Arrange bell pepper slices with insides facing up, top with ground meat and guacamole, drizzle with chipotle sauce, and add remaining garnishes.
