Ingredients

  • 1 cup chopped carrots
  • ½ cup chopped white onion
  • 2 tablespoons grated fresh ginger
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ½ cup neutral oil or broth
  • ¼ cup unseasoned rice vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons Tamari or soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon sesame oil
  • ¼ teaspoon sea salt

Instructions

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth, starting slow and gradually increasing speed.
  3. Let it settle in the fridge for the flavors to meld.
  4. Serve with your favorite salad.
