Japanese Ginger Salad Dressing

Ingredients

  • 1 ¼ cups Shredded carrots
  • ¼ cup Grated ginger
  • ¼ cup Avocado oil
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 1 small Shallot
  • 1 clove Garlic
  • 2 tbsp White miso paste
  • 2 tbsp Rice wine vinegar
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tsp Sea salt

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a food processor.
  2. Process until smooth.
  3. Store in an airtight jar in the refrigerator for up to 7 days.
