Miso Ginger Salad Dressing

water (optional)
Instructions
- Peel and roughly chop the carrots.
- Place the carrots, ginger, oils, vinegar, and miso in the blender.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- If desired, add water to achieve a thinner consistency.
