Ingredients

  • ½ Cup White Miso
  • ¼ Cup Avocado Oil
  • ½ Cup Grated Carrots
  • 2 Tablespoons Ginger
  • 2 Tablespoons Rice Vinegar
  • 2 Tablespoons Toasted Sesame Oil
  • 2 Teaspoons Maple Syrup or Honey
  • ¼ Cup Water
  • ½ Teaspoon Sea Salt
  • ½ Teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 3 Tablespoons Sesame Seeds

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients except sesame seeds to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until desired consistency is reached.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  4. If using sesame seeds, stir them in by hand.
  5. Transfer dressing to a jar and store in the fridge for up to one week.
