Ingredients

The pork

  • 20 oz pork tenderloins
  • to taste N/A kosher salt
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder

The glaze

  • tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 2 tbsp fig butter

Optional garnish

  • N/A N/A chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F.
  2. Season the pork with salt and garlic powder, then place it on a baking pan.
  3. Combine the balsamic vinegar and fig butter, and brush the mixture generously over the pork.
  4. Roast the pork until the center reaches 145°F, about 25 to 30 minutes.
  5. Let the pork rest for 10 to 15 minutes before slicing into 8 pieces.
  6. Top with parsley if desired.
