Stuffed Pork Tenderloin

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450°F and prepare a baking sheet with aluminum foil and cooking spray.
- Butterfly the pork tenderloin and pound it to ½ inch thickness.
- Spread the chosen fillings over the pork, leaving ½ inch around the edges.
- Roll the pork from the long side and secure it with twine or toothpicks.
- Sprinkle salt and pepper over the pork and place it on the baking sheet.
- Bake for 20 minutes, then brush apple butter over the top and bake for an additional 5 minutes.
- Let the pork stand for 10 minutes before removing twine or toothpicks and slicing.
