Instructions
- Prepare the Nuoc Cham dressing by stirring sugar into lime juice and adding the remaining ingredients.
- Arrange the butter lettuce leaves on a platter.
- Distribute the prawns on each lettuce leaf.
- Add a slice of avocado and divide the shredded veggies among each leaf.
- Sprinkle with fresh herbs, scallions, and a light sprinkling of kosher salt.
- Serve immediately with the Nuoc Cham dressing.
