Instructions
- Separate the chicken wings into wing and drumette pieces, discarding the tips.
- Combine the marinade ingredients in a zip-loc bag, add the wings, and marinate for 24-48 hours.
- Remove wings from the marinade and blot with paper towels. Season with salt and pepper.
- Preheat the grill, oil the grate, and grill the wings for about 10 minutes per side until cooked through.
- While the wings are grilling, blend the sauce ingredients in a blender and adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve the grilled wings with the sauce poured over or on the side.
