Wasabi Lime Chicken Wings

Instructions
- Combine coconut milk and wasabi, then juice 3 limes and grate the zest into the mixture, reserving about ½ cup for later.
- Add chicken wings to the marinade and let them marinate in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Preheat the grill to medium/high (about 350 degrees) and oil the grill grates.
- Grill the wings for 7-10 minutes on each side, basting with the marinade as they cook.
- Slice the remaining lime and grill it for presentation.
- The wings are done when they reach an internal temperature of 170 degrees.
- Tent the wings for 5 minutes, then serve with grilled lime, additional zest, and a drizzle of sauce, finishing with sea salt and pepper.
