Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Mix all ingredients except tofu in a bowl, then gradually add tofu until the dough reaches the desired firmness.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and shape them into balls, arranging them on parchment paper in a ring formation.
- Heat oil in a deep frying pan to 300-320°F (150-160°C) and fry the donuts for about 2 minutes on each side.
- Prepare the glaze by mixing icing sugar with either crushed strawberry or milk, then dip the warm donuts into the glaze.
