The glaze

Instructions
- Mix ¼ cup of sweet rice flour with ¼ cup of milk in a microwave-safe bowl and microwave until a sticky dough forms, then let it cool.
- In separate bowls, combine the remaining dry ingredients and wet ingredients, then mix them with the sticky dough until smooth.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal pieces and roll them into balls, then shape them into a donut ring.
- Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the donuts until golden brown on both sides.
- Let the donuts cool completely before glazing them.
- For the glaze, mix powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and milk, adding food coloring if desired, then dip the donuts in the glaze.
