The Dressing

avocado oil

white balsamic vinegar

unsweetened applesauce

Instructions
- Prep all the veggies except the apple, which should be chopped last to prevent browning.
- Combine all dressing ingredients in a jar and blend until smooth and creamy.
- Mix the dressing with the prepared veggies, including the apple, until well combined.
- Serve immediately or refrigerate for a few hours to meld flavors.
