The potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
- Cook the bacon in a skillet until crispy, then remove and set aside.
- Cut a pocket into the side of each chicken breast and season with Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Stuff each chicken breast with cheese, asparagus, crumbled bacon, and olives if using.
- Heat olive oil in the skillet and sear the stuffed chicken breasts until browned.
- Add the halved potatoes to the pan, season, and place the pan in the oven.
- Roast until the chicken reaches 165 degrees and the potatoes are fork-tender.
- Let the chicken rest for 5 minutes before serving.
