Bacon and Feta Stuffed Chicken Breast

The stuffed chicken

boneless skinless chicken breasts

crumbled feta cheese

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F and grease a medium baking dish.
- In a bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, oregano, salt, and pepper.
- Butterfly the chicken breasts and place them in the baking dish.
- Stuff each breast with about 1 ounce of feta and a third of the bacon.
- Close the breasts and sprinkle remaining feta and bacon on top.
- Pour the olive oil mixture over the stuffed breasts and bake for 25 to 35 minutes until cooked through.
- Allow to rest for five minutes before serving.
