Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F.
- Butterfly each chicken breast, stopping about an inch from the edge.
- Spread pesto inside each breast and top with feta cheese and sun-dried tomatoes.
- Fold the breasts closed and secure with toothpicks if needed.
- Place the stuffed breasts in a baking dish and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
- Bake for 35–40 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F. Serve hot.
