Crispy Smashed Potatoes

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F and coat 2 baking sheets with olive oil.
- Boil the potatoes in a large pot with 1 teaspoon of salt until fork-tender, about 15 to 20 minutes.
- Drain the potatoes and let them cool slightly.
- Smash each potato on the oiled baking sheet until about ¼-inch thick.
- Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with garlic powder, onion powder, remaining salt, and pepper.
- Roast for 25 to 35 minutes until golden brown and crispy, rotating the pans halfway.
