Ingredients

  • 3 cups cubed chicken
  • 1 cup red grapes, cut in half
  • 1 cup celery, diced
  • ½ cup avocado mayo
  • ¾ cup almonds, roughly chopped

  • ¾ tsp ground black pepper
  • 2 sprigs fresh dill

Instructions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a large bowl.
  2. Mix together well.
  3. Serve on a bed of lettuce, with gluten-free crackers or bread, or enjoy by itself.
