Ingredients

The salad

  • 4 cups chicken breast meat, cooked, chopped or shredded
  • 1 cup celery, chopped
  • 1 cup grapes, halved
  • ½ cup slivered almonds, blanched

The dressing

  • cup Whole30-compliant mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup Whole30-compliant chicken broth
  • 1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
  • ¼ teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • to taste none sea salt

Instructions

  1. 1. Stir together all ingredients in a large bowl until thoroughly combined.
  2. 2. Add more mayonnaise as necessary to achieve desired consistency.
  3. 3. Serve immediately, or cover and place in the refrigerator until chilled.
