Instructions
- Combine the cabbage, chicken, quinoa, green onion, edamame, cilantro, and cucumber in a bowl.
- Whisk together the dressing ingredients and pour over the salad.
- Toss the salad to coat with the dressing.
- Top with chopped nuts and serve with a squeeze of lime juice.
