Instructions
- Mix softened butter and sugar in a bowl, then beat in eggs and vanilla.
- Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt, then form into a dough and chill for 1 hour.
- Whisk melted coconut oil and matcha powder, then mix with a portion of the chilled dough.
- Knead the matcha dough into the uncolored dough to create a marbled effect, then chill for 15 minutes.
- Slice the dough into four pieces and keep them chilled until ready to use.
- Roll out the dough, cut into desired shapes, and bake for about 6 minutes until golden on the bottom.
