Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 375°F and coat 8 souffle cups or ramekins with cooking spray.
- 2. In a large bowl, mix the bread cubes and mixed berries.
- 3. In another bowl, whisk together the eggs, sugar, milk, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until combined.
- 4. Distribute the bread and berry mixture into the ramekins and pour the egg mixture over them.
- 5. Top with walnuts or pecans.
- 6. Bake for 20-25 minutes until set.
- 7. Drizzle with maple syrup and serve immediately.
