Instructions
- 1. Spray the slow cooker with cooking oil to prevent sticking.
- 2. Add all the ingredients to the slow cooker.
- 3. For rolled oats, cook on High for 2 hours or Low for 4-5 hours.
- 4. For steel-cut oats, cook on High for 3-4 hours or Low for 6-8 hours.
- 5. Adjust cooking time based on your slow cooker and desired oatmeal thickness.
- 6. Taste and add more sweetener if needed, and thin with milk or water if too thick.
