Instructions
- Prepare the peanut dressing by whisking together peanut butter, sesame oil, rice wine vinegar, tamari sauce, dry cilantro, lime juice, minced garlic, minced ginger, sriracha sauce, and warm water until smooth.
- In meal prep containers, portion out ½ cup of brown rice, ½ cup of rotisserie chicken, ¼ cup of each vegetable, and 4 snap peas.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro and sliced green onions.
- Serve with a drizzle of peanut dressing.
