Ingredients

The binding and flavoring

  • cup Peanut butter (creamy natural)
  • cup Wholesome Yum Zero Sugar Maple Syrup
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract

The mix-ins

  • ½ cup Sugar-free Dark Chocolate Chips

Instructions

  1. Pulse the almonds in a food processor until chopped and resembling almond meal.
  2. Add the shredded coconut, flaxseed meal, and salt, and pulse until uniform.
  3. Incorporate the peanut butter, syrup, and vanilla, pulsing until combined.
  4. Fold in the chocolate chips using a spatula.
  5. Form the mixture into 1-inch balls and place them on parchment paper.
