Instructions
- Marinate the beef with soy sauce, dark soy sauce, Chinese rice wine, and cornstarch for 15 minutes.
- Loosen the flat rice noodles to prevent clumping.
- Mix all seasoning ingredients in a small bowl and set aside.
- Heat oil in a wok over high heat, add garlic, and stir-fry until light brown.
- Add marinated beef and stir-fry until half-cooked.
- Add bean sprouts, flat rice noodles, and seasoning mixture, and stir-fry until well combined.
- Continue cooking until noodles are slightly charred, then add green onion and stir-fry for another 10 seconds.
- Transfer to a serving platter and serve immediately.
