The vegetables

carrots, julienned

red bell pepper, julienned

mushrooms, sliced

napa cabbage, shredded

Instructions
- Cook the lo mein noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
- In a bowl, combine all beef ingredients except for the vegetable oil and set aside.
- In another bowl, mix all sauce ingredients and set aside.
- Heat vegetable oil for the beef in a large wok or skillet over high heat, add the beef, and cook until no longer pink.
- Transfer the beef to a plate and set aside.
- In the same skillet, heat vegetable oil for the vegetables, then add carrots, bell pepper, and mushrooms, cooking for 4 minutes.
- Add cabbage and green onions to the skillet and cook for an additional 2 minutes.
- Return the beef to the skillet, add the sauce and noodles, and toss everything together until the sauce thickens.
