Instructions
- Marinate the flank steak with sugar, sesame oil, soy sauce, and cornstarch for at least 10 minutes.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large pan over medium-high heat and cook the beef until golden brown, then remove it from the pan.
- Add onions, carrots, celery, and cabbage to the pan and cook until just softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds.
- Add the pre-cooked noodles and the cooked beef to the pan and toss to combine.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together beef broth, hoisin sauce, soy sauce, sesame oil, and cornstarch.
- Pour the sauce into the pan and bring to a simmer until thickened, then sprinkle with green onions and serve.
