Instructions
- Cook the noodles according to the package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef, breaking it into smaller pieces until fully cooked, about 4-5 minutes.
- Drain excess fat from the beef, season with smoked paprika, salt, and pepper, then remove and set aside.
- In the same pan, cook the vegetables and garlic for 3-4 minutes until soft, then remove and set aside.
- Add soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and brown sugar to the pan, stirring until dissolved.
- Mix cornstarch and cold water in a bowl until smooth, then add to the sauce, stirring until thickened.
- Combine the cooked beef, vegetables, and noodles in the pan, stirring for 2-3 minutes until well mixed.
