The Sauce

cashews (soaked)

almond milk

Instructions
- Soak the cashews in water for about 2 hours, then drain and rinse them.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium-low heat, add garlic and kale, and sauté until soft.
- Blend all sauce ingredients in a food processor or blender until smooth.
- Cook the pasta according to package directions, reserving about 2 cups of pasta water.
- Combine the hot pasta with the sauce and kale, adding reserved pasta water as needed to coat the noodles.
