Mushroom Chicken

Instructions
- Cook the bacon in a large pan over medium-high heat until crisp, then remove and set aside.
- Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper, then cook them in the bacon fat for 5-6 minutes per side until golden brown.
- Remove the chicken from the pan and keep warm.
- Melt butter in the pan, then add mushrooms and season with salt and pepper, cooking until softened.
- Add minced garlic and cook for 30 seconds, then stir in flour.
- Slowly whisk in chicken broth, bring to a simmer, and cook until thickened.
- Stir in the cream, pour the mushroom sauce over the chicken, and top with reserved bacon and parsley before serving.
