Creamy Mushroom Chicken with Crispy Onions

Instructions
- Slice the mushrooms and set aside.
- Pound the chicken breasts to an even thickness and season with salt and pepper.
- Heat 1 tablespoon of butter in a skillet and cook the chicken until golden brown on both sides, then remove and keep warm.
- Add the remaining butter and mushrooms to the skillet, sauté until the mushrooms release their water.
- Add minced garlic and sauté for an additional minute.
- Pour in the chicken broth and stir to deglaze the skillet, then add the heavy cream and combine.
- Return the chicken to the skillet, spoon the sauce over it, and let it simmer for about 5 minutes.
- Top with crispy fried onions and serve, optionally garnished with parsley.
