Instructions
- Trim the stems off the mushrooms, rinse them with water, and pat them dry.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the butter.
- Sauté the garlic, then add the mushrooms and stir to combine.
- Add the chicken broth, whipping cream, garlic powder, and salt.
- Bring to a boil until the sauce slightly thickens.
- Stir in the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
