Instructions
- Melt the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the sliced mushrooms and cook for 5-6 minutes until softened and golden.
- Season with salt and pepper, then add the parsley, thyme, and garlic.
- Stir and cook for another 30-60 seconds until the garlic is fragrant.
- Remove from heat and serve.
