Garlic Herb Sauteed Mushrooms

The mushrooms

cremini mushrooms, or white mushrooms
The seasoning

olive oil, or butter

garlic, finely minced

salt, or to taste

parsley leaves, chopped

Parmesan cheese, for topping
Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms with cold running water, then drain and pat them dry.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the oil.
- Sauté the garlic until slightly browned before adding the mushrooms.
- Stir in the mushrooms, then add salt and parsley.
- Cook for about 1 to 2 minutes.
- Dish out and top with some Parmesan cheese. Serve immediately.
