Garlic Parmesan Roasted Mushrooms

Ingredients

The mushrooms

  • 12 oz cremini or white mushrooms, stem trimmed

The sauce

  • ½ stick butter, melted
  • 4 cloves garlic, pureed or finely minced
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 tablespoon Kraft Grated Parmesan cheese, in a bottle
  • 1 teaspoon parsley, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh grated Parmesan cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with paper towels.
  3. Combine melted butter, garlic, salt, bottled Parmesan cheese, and parsley in a bowl and mix well.
  4. Toss the mushrooms in the mixture until they are evenly coated.
  5. Roast the mushrooms for 12 minutes.
  6. At the 10-minute mark, sprinkle fresh grated Parmesan cheese on top and continue roasting for another 2 minutes.
  7. Remove from the oven and serve immediately.
