Instructions
- 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F and coat a sheet pan with cooking spray.
- 2. Arrange the whole mushrooms in a single layer on the sheet pan.
- 3. In a small bowl, whisk together melted butter, minced garlic, Italian seasoning, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
- 4. Drizzle the butter mixture over the mushrooms and toss to coat evenly.
- 5. Place the pan in the oven and roast for 15-20 minutes until the mushrooms are tender, stirring halfway through.
- 6. Sprinkle with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
