Instructions
- Clean the mushrooms by wiping them with a damp paper towel and cut off the bottom part of the stem.
- Heat a skillet over medium-low heat and melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic to the skillet and sauté briefly.
- Add the mushrooms to the skillet and stir until they are coated with the garlic butter.
- Pour in the chicken broth, lemon juice, salt, and ground black pepper.
- Cook the mushrooms until they change color and shrink slightly.
- Add the chopped parsley and serve immediately.
