Ingredients

The mushrooms

  • 1 pound button mushrooms

The seasoning

  • 4 tablespoons butter
  • 2 teaspoons minced garlic
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons chopped parsley

Instructions

  1. Melt the butter in a large pan over medium high heat.
  2. Add the mushrooms and season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for about 7 minutes until most of the liquid has evaporated and the mushrooms are caramelized.
  4. Stir in the garlic and cook for an additional minute, stirring constantly.
  5. Sprinkle with parsley and serve.
